Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping cost. The manufacture has a 90 days from date of order on parts that can be only exchanged for same item that are defective. If your part was received damaged, you must advise us within 3 days of receiving the damaged part to qualify for replacement of that item. Warranty defect items shipped outside USA have no refunds and no returns unless returned at customers cost. All appliance brands, the manufacture will require the model and serial number off the appliance to file a defect part warranty. Please email us before you ship us back a part(s) for a return authorization number for exchange items and refunds.
