Pricing:
While we try to ensure accuracy on price's, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description online and in store. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted. A refund will be promptly given if you do not want to continue with the purchase.

Bulk Purchases

Needapplianceparts.com reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and return applicable to Bulk Purchasers. The term “Bulk Purchaser” shall mean and include Purchasers for resale and Purchasers of greater than five (5) items of the same sku of Merchandise or sales totaling over $500.00 USD.

Core parts:

Please note: Some parts have a return core on it. You must return your old board back to get the refund of $60.00 back that is added on at check out. After you have installed the new part, email us back, and we will email the return address for the part needing to be returned to. After it is accepted and credited, we will issue a refund promptly. Normal refund time is 7 business days once received.

Generic parts: All parts on this site are sold as original OEM items unless noted they are subbing to a generic item. 100% guaranteed.

Charging for orders: 

All orders are held with a temporary pending charge, until it is moved to warehouse picking to ensure payment is available or backorder status. 

Backorders: Any part not found in stock, the customer will be notified to approve the waiting suggestive time period by email. If customer does not approve, we will simply void the order and cancel it. 

Sales Tax:
An automated sales tax will be included on your order if you live in the state of Florida of 7%.

The manufacture has a 90 days from date of order on parts that can be only exchanged for same item that are defective. In some cases manufactures will sub parts to other numbers. We have no control of subbed parts to other numbers. We will not sub an original manufacture item to a generic item unless noted on website.

All of the repair information, data, advice, instructions, and other Troubleshooting materials are provided to you free of charge (“Repair Materials”). Shipping: We are not able to ship to mismatched shipping addresses, or unconfirmed. We cannot guarantee shipping dates, due to UPS and USPS does not guarantee themselves on delivery times.Shipping related charges are a nonrefundable fee on weight and cost, except in cases where we are at fault, (we sent wrong part,damaged upon delivery) All international orders will be insured and delivery confirmations will be included.All products are signature stamped for returns and inspection purposes before leaving our warehouse.

Product Availability. Although availability may be indicated on the Site by a picture being present or the ability to order the part, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, a product may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. Information we receive from a particular manufacturer may not be immediately updated in our records, therefore product availability or price may be inaccurate or not updated on our website within a reasonable amount of time.If the item is out of stock we will email you if it goes past the estimated date of arrival that is 2-7 business days. If you choose Express shipping you will be notified same day or next business day of stock issue and give your the option of canceling the order or proceeding with the order.

Compliance with Return Policies. You agree to comply with and be bound by the return policies in connection with returns of products purchased through this Site. Our current return policy (located in the Return policy area of our website) is incorporated herein by reference and made part of these Terms and Conditions.Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping.. Item(s) must be in original condition, unused, example (electrical parts not hooked up, installed) to qualify for a refund. All products are signature stamped for returns and inspection purposes before leaving our warehouse.Items must be returned within 90 calender days for warranty exchanges on defect parts from date of order. Please contact us for an Return authorization before sending back. Shipping charges on manufacture defective items cannot be refunded. In the event the item is defective on an international order, the buyer must pay for shipping to and from for replacement. Defective items: If your item is damaged from shipping. A return label will be sent for the exchange of a new one.
