The small lip on the ice guide # 12 (see image below) will fit into a groove on the lever # 11. There should also be a small screw, to hold the guide in place opposite the lip side. If there is no screw, then the lever will have a notch that the guide fits in opposite the lip side. It will be easier to install the guide, if you remove the front cover. To remove the cover, place a small screwdriver under the bottom and pry it out. When the bottom is loose, lift it up to free the top tabs.
