Clothes come out tangled and in knots?

An issue we have with the Top load washers that do not have an agitator is a knotting of clothes or tangling. There more than likely is a build up, or piece of clothing caught underneath one of the Nutator's ( circles on bottom of tub ) . Remove the Nutator and check for debri.
If none is found, check to make sure both Nutator's are functioning.

Always make sure you are selecting the right cycle also for the amount of clothes or style of clothing for proper washing.
